We are a US family of five with 3 kids. We took the PA3 apartment. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. There are two bathrooms. The master room has an individual bathroom. It is in a green and quiete compound. From the balcony you can overlook the bridge and the river. Close to supermarkets, restuarants. There is a kitchen withe adequate kitchenetten. If we ever return to Shanghai, absolutely no doubt this will be first choice for families.

My family and I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment for a week and were very satisfied with the apartment quality. The apartment was so clean especially the wooden floor was very nice. The location cannot be beat: a short walk to walmart market and new world shopping mall (BA LI CHUN TIAN) and it was a quiet green compound. In a word, good location, good value and good quality.

The apartment is super big, spacious and with good sunshine from the window. The wooden floor and furniture are well kept and very clean. Suitable for family travellers. The apartment administrator is very kind. We were very satisfied during our stay.

The super big apartment is more like the Sheraton Hotel Excutive Suite. Everything looks very clean! Staff are friendly but cannot speak more English. We can buy food in Walmart just around the cornet. Kitchen is well equipped which is important for vegetarian. The cab rid about 6 minutes to the Expo. From my apartment window, we could even see some Expo Pavilions.

Just like what other tenants said, the place is proper for family travellers. The big comfortable PA3 and PA4 can accommodate four to seven persons with three bathrooms(very important!). The rooms are very clean with good decoration. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You do have to bring your own utensils because the kitchen is well equipped. I would not think twice about staying here again.
