We are young copules and stayed for two weeks here. TV channels have HBO! Kitchen utensils are provided on request for free. The staff are friendly and nice and reacted fast when we encoutered problems. All basics are available and do not expect any luxury things. I do recommend this place.

The apt had a good view of the Bund. The bathroom was a litle tired without major issue. Metro line 10 and 2 is only two blocks away. The apartment staff are friendly. It provides beddings, cushions and towels like hotel. Housekeeping service is free but not daily. Something are self-catering such as laundry and breakfast. I still recommend this place.

The apartment is nicely furnished and very tide. A good place to family travel during EXPO Shanghai season. The service apartment lobby is connected with the 4-star hotel lobby. Can enjoy the hotel facilities. Easy access to Nanjing Road, Yu Garden, Xintiandi and Expo with subway and taxi.

We totally recommend the place to families of couples or whatever, close to the Bund, Nanjing Road, Yu Garden etc. You can take subway line 10 and interchange line 8 to get to EXPO area. Compared to the rent rates of the hotels nearby, it is still affordable and a value of money.

The apt was spacious, tidy and had good facilities. I am glad I chose the apartment as it was excellent valued compared to the nearby hotel 1200RMB/night during EXPO season.
Apartment staff were courteous and helpful. They assisted us with directions and writing down in Chinese the names of places we wanted to go to.
I will definitely stay here and would not hesitate to recommend this place.
