    Notice Before Check-In  
     

 

 

1. Please inform of your arrival time one day before your check-in via email or telephone. Please refer to the economical arrival route on the web. If you need be received at airport or railway station by taxi, we can ask a third party vendor to proivde the service, and you need to pay the service fee by yourself.

2. Please pay all the rent and the deposit money before you check in. The earnst money will be deducted from the rent. The deposit money ranges from 500 to 1000RMB according to the apartment facilities. If you paid the earnst money but can not check-in due to some reasons, we will keep the earnst money and the earnst money is valid in two years.


3. Please produce identification card or passport when check in. We cannot provide service if the guest has no valid identification certificate, or do not want to pay deposit money.

4. Gambling, drug, bibulosity, dingy dressed, sluttery, toxic, explosive, flammable substances are forbidden in the apartment.


5. After guest check-in, we will not knock your door or enter your apartment without your permission. In case of emergency, we will contact you first.


6. Please inform us if ten-years-old children live together. Please educate your children not to handle home electric appliances without your guardianship.


7. Pet is allowed in the apartment. Please take care of your pet and do not let your pet disturb neighbour.


8. If you live more than seven days, please transact related procedures in local police station. We will provide related consultation and help.


9. We provide daily ration of electricity / water /gas consumption fee. We promote energy conservation and oppose waste. You will pay extra fee if overall fee exceed ration averagely.


10. We provide free disposable toiletries, towels, bath towels and toothbrush, shampoo.


11. We provide kitchware and dishware, but no seasoning for food safety concern.


12. Please keep well the facilities in the apartment. You need to compsensate if human damaged.


13. Please inform us at least 5 days in advance if want to extend the accommodation period. Rent period extension is effective by our confirmation.


14. Please inform us at least 3 days in advance if want to shorten the accommodation period. Rent period shortening is effective based on our confirmation. Rent will not returned if the guest does not notify in advance.

15. During the accomodation period, the client self cleans the self service apartment. We provide free service of changing bedding if more than 7 days.


16. Check out time is 12am at noon time; charge half day rent if check out time over 12am; charge full day rent if check out time over 6pm. We will check the facilities and deduct necessary fee and return the deposit money when check out.
