Notice
Before Check-In |

1) Please inform
of your arrival time before your check-in via email or telephone.
Please refer to the arrival route on the website. Currently
we provide no airport and railway station pick-up service.
If you need pick-up service, we will ask a third party vendor
to provide the service.
2) Please pay
the rent and the deposit money when check in. The deposit
ranges from 500RMB to 3,000RMB (80US$ to 450US$) according
to the apartment facilities. If you have deposited but can
not check-in due to some reasons, we will keep the deposit
and the deposit is valid in two years.
3) Please provide
identification card or passport when check in. We cannot accept
check in if the guest has no valid identification certificate,
or do not want to pay deposit.
4) Please inform
us if you need residence certification. We will help you to
apply for the residence certification from China Public Security
Police Station. The certification renewal is needed if your
accommodation will be extended. The certification cancellation
must be performed if your accommodation will be shortened.
5) Gambling,
drug, bibulosity, dingy dressed, sluttery, toxic, explosive,
flammable substances are forbidden in the apartment.
6) 5-days Advance
Notice Guideline: Please inform at least 5 days in advance
in case of accommodation extension. Accommodation extension
is effective after the confirmation from MAYSON. Please inform
at least 5 days in advance in case of accommodation shorten.
Rent will not be refunded if not following the guideline.
7) Pet is not
allowed in most of the apartments. Please contact with us
in advance if you have special request of pet.
8) Check out
time is noon 12am; charge half day rent if check out time
over noon 12am; charge full day rent if check out time over
6pm.
