I am from Australia. Apt is neat and the furnish is more than basics but not luxury. The Zhichun Rd MRT station is about 5 mins walk away. It was so hot in Beijing in July. Apt staff were nice and helpful. They reacted fast when I complained. The aircon did not work on my last day and the engineer guy fixed in half an hour.

I am from Malaysia and went to Beijing for biz travel. Chinese is very useful to communicate because most of chinese cannot speak English or only a little. Easy to grab a fast chinese meal nearby the apartment. Apt staff were nice and helped me a lot.

Good place and I like it! Apt staff were nice and helpful. These was some noise from the subway in the day time. Safe and reasonable food for westerners in Walmart within 10 min walk. Close to Zhongguancun Dajie Street.

I would recommend this place to my friends. You cannot find any place in hotel to wash and dry clothes, iron them. If you are not used to the chinese food, you can cook! And free and fast internet!
