Zhongguancun Zhi Chun Road apartmetn/45sqm is close to Beijing Lanuage and Culture University, 10 mins walking distance. The monthly promotion rent rate is 5,600RMB, including 5RMB for daily electricity fee ration. The rent rate is effective from now to June 30. Since Olympic games is coming, the rent rate may increase in July and August. Please help to finalize your check in date.
