It is a good option for Chinese language students in BLCU with reasonable rent rate. Everything is so close to access around the apartment building. The apartment administrator is friendly and helpful.

I loved Beijing and I thought the Wudaokou apartment was a fantastic place for chinese language student. The room was nice, in the good location, close to restaurants and supermarket. My 2-month stay was an enjoyable stay. FEI CHANG GAN XIE! GONG XI FA CAI!

Nice and clean apartment in Wudaokou area with reasonable rent rate. The apartment administrator, an old gentleman is very kind and helpful. During my five months stay here, I think it is a better choice than hotels.

The apartment is nice like home and with a short cab drive to Tsinghua University. I stayed here for 2 months for Mandarin Study. Everything was very clean. Staff are friendly.

I stayed there for five months. The apartment is close to my company in Zhongguancun. Comfortable apartment and helpful staff. It is a proper choice to reduce the residence cost for Beijing expatriate in Zhongguancun Hi-tech area. Maybe they can provide twice housekeeping per week instead of one time during my next time trip to Beijing.
